Ricky McKenzie is the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Treatment Personal Care, where he provides the vision and leadership behind the organization’s commitment to compassionate, dignified, and dependable care. A college graduate with a background in theological counseling, Ricky brings a people-centered approach to leadership, emphasizing compassion, dignity, respect, and the importance of supporting individuals and families through every stage of life.

Beyond Royal Treatment, Ricky is actively involved in his community. He is a member of the NAACP and participates in a Masonic Lodge program dedicated to helping guide young men through its Boys to Men initiative. His commitment to service, mentorship, and community development is reflected in the values that shape Royal Treatment Personal Care.

Adriana Otis serves as Chief Operating Officer and Onsite Office Manager for Royal Treatment Personal Care, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping grow and develop the company. Her long-standing involvement has given her a deep understanding of the organization, its clients, its families, and the importance of delivering dependable personal care with professionalism and compassion.

With a background as a licensed medical assistant, Adriana brings valuable healthcare knowledge to her leadership role. She helps oversee daily operations, administrative processes, client communication, and the overall onsite experience while supporting the continued growth and development of Royal Treatment Personal Care.

Her combination of healthcare experience, operational knowledge, and more than a decade of commitment to the organization makes her an important part of Royal Treatment’s leadership team.
